Our company policy is that everybody counts, job security and career advancement through ongoing training and support. We encourage internal promotion and believe in growth from within. Since it’s inception in January 2004 the company has retained a large percentage of it’s workforce.

Blue Star Pacific believes in growing and developing its workforce through its apprentices they are the future. We encourage our apprentices to remain with the company after the completion of their apprenticeship. We have 2 intakes per year one in August/September and one in December.
