Since it’s inception in January 2004 the company has retained a large percentage of it’s workforce.

Blue Star Pacific believes in growing and developing its workforce through its apprentices they are the future. We encourage our apprentices to remain with the company after the completion of their apprenticeship. We have 2 intakes per year one in August/September and one in December.
