Blue Star Pacific's main resource is its people. We will not lose sight of the fact that we are Electrical and Communications Contractors and we sell labour. The tradesmen, apprentices and supervisors in the field determine whether we are profitable or not.

Blue Star Pacific aims to provide continuity of employment to all personnel and give the ruling board of directors return on their investment. This is achieved by:

  • Maintain a minimum level of quality, which, would include the tendering process through to project management then the final product.


Management

The company's strength comes from the benefit of having key personnel who have grown with complex and varying tasks associated with general contracting in the service, building and construction industries noted previously.

Blue Star Pacific has a combined experience gained from over thirty years of management covering two states.


Control

Blue Star Pacific operates under established and proven management procedures which were developed and written by David McInnes, enabling us to confidently pursue existing and new clients, showing professionalism in a demanding market. These procedures have proven to be the recipe for success and will be the cornerstone of Blue Star Pacific's entire ethos. As such are flexible only to changing industry needs and strictly enforced by the author.

These procedures have been developed through industry experience for a period in excess of fifteen years and encompass our entire business from accounts through to a formalized monthly project control and reporting format.

It has been proven that, by following these stringent guidelines, we are able to address all issues when they are at hand giving us the ability to act instead of react, thus remain profitable.
