Melbourne Street Offices
Green Star rated Building, 5 Stars Energy Efficient Design and Construction incorporating 11 floors and 2 basement car park levels. The first of this development for Pradella of this type.

Brisbane Central
Queensland Investment Corporation, multi-storey commercial and retail tower. Consisting of a 24 storey building renovation and refurbishment plus 6 new levels of underground parking and 10 levels of new commercial offices to compliment the busy Queen Street Mall offices and shopping precinct.

Wettenhalls Logistic Facility
Located at 49 Boundary Road, thia project involved the construction of the new Qld head office for Wettenhalls Logistics. This consisted of office fitout, workshop, storage and hardstand areas. Lighting control used two Dynalite systems for energy management and the site was set up for a future robotic forklift system for materials handling.

Port of Brisbane
This project involves 7 new buildings for Patrick Stevedore Operations. The Queensland head office includes electrical lighting, power, communications and security for the new workshops, operations and administration. The new terminal located at Fisherman’s Islands includes a 45 metre tower with two levels of office fit out on top. The lightning protection is quite extensive with the flag pole on top of the tower being the main lightning conductor. Specialised light fittings have been incorporated for the corrosive environment and the communications system will have a 20 year Krone Certification.
