The primary safety objective of Blue Star Pacific is to eliminate accidents in the workplace by developing a relationship where management and employees work together in a co-ordinated manner to achieve this goal.

This will provide a basis on which management and employees can discuss safety procedures and accident prevention measures; develop the awareness of both management and employees for the identification of potential hazards and, instigate the corrective actions necessary to eliminate accidents.
